Novra Power is acquiring a fleet of a standardized gas turbine product that can also be made with additive manufacturing technologies to build a scalable supply chain

Product
The product will be engineered and packaged for transportable data center power system deployments. It combines the advantages of a highly reliable mass produced in-service product with millions of operating hours with the advantages of being able to use advanced additive manufacturing technologies to enhance time-to-power and cut lead times for critical components like forgings for high stressed rotating parts.
Key performance parameters are:
-
5MW rated output per module stackable to 500+ MW
-
800 VDC electric power integration for new AI data center architectures
-
integration of absorption cooling for >60% total efficiency and providing chilled water for D2C (direct to chip) cooling technology
-
transportable (trailer mounted) for rental deployment and minimizing time to power
-
very high power density technology to reduce foot-print and on-site land requirement
-
low NOx emissions compliant
-
highest reliability of core unit and ease of implementing N+1 and N+N redundancy concepts
-
maximum operational efficiency with high part load efficiency through modular system controls
-
fast start-up times and load response ideal for supporting large load volatility from AI inference
Novra Power’s buy and build phased approach
Novra Power is pursuing a phased approach to building a fleet of assets for data center rental deployment.
-
Phase 1 - assets will be purchased and deployed.
-
Phase 2 - new additive manufacturing technologies will be deployed to existing components to build a new supply chain to accelerate time-to-power.
-
Phase 3 - additively enabled performance improvements will be launched.
